Welcome to East Shore Builds. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Production
All products are handcrafted and made to order unless otherwise noted. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on material availability and order volume.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has shipped.
Natural Materials
East Shore Builds products are crafted from solid wood. Variations in grain, color, knots, texture, and natural movement are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects. Each piece is unique.
Shipping
Shipping estimates provided at checkout are approximate. East Shore Builds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact East Shore Builds within five (5) days of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
Installation
Customers are responsible for properly installing wall-mounted products. East Shore Builds is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper installation or misuse.
Product Care
To preserve the finish and longevity of your product:
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture.
Clean with a soft, damp cloth.
Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, product designs, logos, and website content are the property of East Shore Builds and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
East Shore Builds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
