  • We use a natural and smooth wax-oil compound on all our products. A dry dusting every year is really all it should take. If you spill something, you can use a damp cloth for cleanup. If you need to use soap, do not use dish soap. Use something gentle or wood-specific.

    A re-freshening with a hardwax finish like Osmo is great to preserve look in a decade or two.

    Cooking items like the Cutting boards come with more detailed care instructions to keep them looking their best.

  • We buy entirely from local hardwood suppliers in Upstate NY.

  • We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after the date you receive your item to request a refund.

    You will receive a return label for the package and you’ll just have to take it to a post office. Your refund will be processed back onto your payment method the day we receive the package.

    Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
